Description: Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (eGFP) is an enhanced variant of wild-type GFP, and its maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are 488nm and 509nm, respectively. As a common reporter gene, eGFP emits strong green fluorescence when excited, which can be observed by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. eGFP mRNA was synthesized by one-step transcriptional process with a linear DNA template, LZCap® AG(3'Acm) cap analog and T7 transcriptase. eGFP mRNA stock solution is suitable for mRNA delivery, translation, transfection and in vivo imaging experiments.
