- Compared to mRNAs with 3’-OMe7mG, mRNAs with LZCap^® (3’-Acm7mG) demonstrate significantly higher protein expression both in vitro and in vivo

- Compared to mRNAs with 3 '- OMe7mG, mRNAs with LZCap^® (3' - Acm7mG) exhibits better stability against Dcp2 decapping enzyme and higher eIF4E binding affinity, while exhibiting comparably low immunogenicity and safety profile
