Description: Firely Luciferase (Firefly luc), extracted from firefly Photinus pyralis, relies on ATP to oxidize D-luciferin to produce chemiluminescence at a wavelength of 560nm. Firefly luc is a commonly used bioluminescence reporter gene for gene regulation and functional studies. Firefly luc mRNA was synthesized by one-step transcriptional process with a linear DNA template, LZCap®AG(3'Acm) cap analog and T7 transcriptase. After entering cells, Firefly luc mRNA would express luciferase protein. Firefly luc mRNA stock solution is suitable for mRNA delivery, translation, transfection and in vivo imaging experiments.
